Registration fees include all Forum-sponsored meals, receptions, entertainment and educational sessions (as indicated in the brochure).
Fees for golf and tennis tournaments on Saturday are optional and additonal. The registration fee does not include travel or hotel. The entire Forum fee includes the 24th annual Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year national awards gala.
